Polluxa PLM vs Onbrand PLM. Built for Growth, in Different Directions.
A fair comparison of Polluxa PLM and Onbrand PLM for growing brands: what each covers, how setup and pricing work, and which fits which team.

Polluxa PLM vs Onbrand depends on where your growth is heading. Onbrand is a PLM for growing fashion, footwear, outdoor and home brands, with design tools, live tech packs and fast onboarding. Polluxa PLM gives fashion, beauty, consumer goods and manufacturing teams one product record that also drives purchase orders, demand forecasts and sales, in English and Arabic.
*Polluxa makes Polluxa PLM. We compared tools using each vendor's public website as of October 2026; check current details with each vendor.*
Growing brands outgrow spreadsheets at the same moment they add suppliers, so the tool you pick now shapes how the next three seasons run.

What Onbrand is. Who it is for.
Onbrand positions itself as the "#1 PLM for Growing Brands". It does not give a size band. The industries it lists are fashion and apparel, footwear, outdoor and sports, and home and furniture.
Its features include libraries, tech pack management, a collaboration hub, workflow automation, collection planning, sample management, sustainability and compliance, integrations and an AI design module.
It sells three plans: Core, Pro and Enterprise. Core includes a vendor portal, samples and feedback, Pantone and Coloro colour libraries, live tech packs, dynamic line sheets and an Illustrator plug-in. Pro adds generative AI design, multiple brands, material and collection costing, unlimited vendor licences and an API. Enterprise adds role permissions, custom integrations and reporting, branded domains, and an SLA with a customer success manager.
What Polluxa PLM is. Who it is for.
Polluxa PLM gives your designers, merchandisers, suppliers and sales teams one shared record for each product, instead of spreadsheets, email threads and WhatsApp groups. Its modules are Product Development, Vendors, PO Sheet, Inventory, Task & Workflow and Sales, plus a Tech Pack Generator.
It is used in fashion and apparel, outdoor and sports, cosmetics and personal care, consumer goods, retail and private label, and manufacturing. You can start with one module, add the rest later, and keep your ERP.
Product data and tech packs. Where both begin.
Onbrand offers live tech packs, libraries, an Illustrator plug-in, Pantone and Coloro libraries and, on Pro, generative AI design. If your designers live in Illustrator and want design help inside the PLM, that is a real strength.
Polluxa keeps tech packs (design spec sheets), BOMs (materials lists), comments and approvals on the product itself, with every version saved and an audit log of every change. Its Tech Pack Generator builds supplier-ready tech packs from more than 1,000 product attributes, and Polluxa connects to Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
Supplier collaboration. One place to reply.
Onbrand includes a vendor portal and samples and feedback on Core, with unlimited vendor licences on Pro.
In Polluxa, you talk to suppliers on the quote, product or order itself, and each supplier sees only their part. The number of suppliers you invite is part of your quote. See Vendor Management.
Purchase orders and inventory. After the sample.
Onbrand lists material and collection costing on Pro. If you need purchase orders or stock planning in the same system, ask Onbrand how it handles them.
Polluxa creates supplier-ready purchase orders straight from product data and tracks them to delivery, so details are not retyped. Its Inventory module uses AI to forecast demand by season, region and channel, and reorders when stock runs low.
Sales. Live data, not last season's sheet.
Onbrand includes dynamic line sheets on Core. A line sheet is the document buyers order from; our guide to what a line sheet is explains it.
Polluxa's Sales Management module gives sales teams live specs, prices and stock, also on mobile, with dashboards by product, region and channel. Sales can send customer feedback straight back to the product team.
Setup and pricing. Both quote, both start small.
Onbrand's three plans are all listed as "Let's Talk", so no prices are public. Its home page cites a "10 day" data migration and implementation, and its pricing page lists "2-Week Onboarding" for Core. Onbrand offers a demo; a free trial is not stated.
Polluxa has no fixed bundles either. Your price depends on the modules, users and suppliers you need, plus any integrations. Demos are unlimited and free, and after the first demo you get a trial with your own products, suppliers and workflows. The timeline is agreed after the demo, with guided data migration from spreadsheets, and Polluxa has a 100% go-live rate. Our PLM implementation guide shows what each phase involves.
Languages and regions. Ask before you sign.
Onbrand's site does not state its interface languages, Arabic, or a Middle East presence.
Polluxa works in English and Arabic for teams across India, the GCC and beyond. Polluxa and its certified partners configure, migrate and train until you are live, in both languages.
Which should you choose? Match the tool to the work.
Onbrand is a good fit if:
- You are a growing fashion, footwear, outdoor or home brand and design is where most of your time goes.
- Your designers want an Illustrator plug-in, colour libraries and AI design help in the same tool.
- You run several brands and want them on one plan.
- A short, fixed onboarding matters more to you than covering orders and stock.
Polluxa PLM is a good fit if:
- You want one product record to carry into purchase orders, demand forecasts and sales.
- You make beauty, consumer goods or manufactured products, not only fashion.
- Your team or suppliers work in Arabic as well as English.
- You want a trial with your own data before you decide.
If you have a handful of styles and one supplier, a shared folder and a good spreadsheet may be enough for now. Our guide on how to choose PLM software helps you decide when to switch. You can also compare Polluxa vs Delogue or see our PLM software for small brands.
How Polluxa helps
Polluxa PLM is product lifecycle management software for fashion, footwear, beauty, consumer goods and manufacturing brands. Think of it as the single source of truth your teams and suppliers check before they do anything.
- Approvals no longer wait in inboxes. Workflows send each step to the right person with a due date, inside Polluxa PLM software for consumer brands.
- Suppliers no longer reply in five apps. Quotes, samples and changes are discussed on the product or order, and each supplier sees only their part.
- POs no longer start from a blank sheet. Purchase orders are created from product data and tracked to delivery.
- Launches no longer slip for months. A lifestyle retailer in the GCC cut new-product timelines by 30% within six months.
Start this week
- Write down where your growth is heading: more styles, more suppliers, more categories or more markets.
- Count how many times a product's details are retyped between tech pack, PO and sales sheet.
- Ask both vendors to walk through one of your own styles from first sketch to supplier order.
To see that on your products, book a demo.
