Best PLM Software for Fashion Brands in 2026. Matched to Your Size.

The best PLM software for a fashion brand depends on your size and on what you need most: enterprise scale, an all-in-one fashion suite, a fast start, or one record from tech pack to sales. For large groups, look at Centric PLM and PTC FlexPLM; for mid-market brands, WFX and Delogue; for growing brands, Onbrand and Techpacker; and for specific needs, Lectra Kubix Link and BeProduct. Polluxa PLM fits brands that want to start with one module and connect sourcing, purchase orders, stock and sales, in English or Arabic.

*Polluxa makes Polluxa PLM. We compared tools using each vendor's public website as of October 2026; check current details with each vendor.*

Fashion PLM (product lifecycle management) holds your tech packs, materials, samples and supplier comments in one place, so the wrong choice costs you a season of setup.

Key takeaways

  • Match the tool to your size first. Several vendors state who they are built for.
  • Centric says it scales to 20,000 users, and PTC FlexPLM names large customers such as VF and Deckers.
  • WFX states it serves mid-market and enterprise brands with hundreds of styles.
  • Only Delogue and Techpacker publish prices. The others, including Polluxa, do not.
  • Bring one real style to every demo and compare what each tool does with it.

How we compared

We read each vendor's public website and compared:

  • Stated fit: who the vendor says the tool is for.
  • Product data: tech packs, BOMs (bills of materials), samples and line planning.
  • Suppliers: how suppliers work inside the tool.
  • Beyond PLM: ERP, purchase orders, stock and sales.
  • Setup and pricing model: demos, trials, timelines and published prices.
  • Languages: what each vendor states.

Where a website does not say something, we do not guess. Ask in the demo.

Large fashion groups. Many brands, many users.

Centric PLM

Centric Software, a Dassault Systèmes subsidiary, says its PLM is "completely scalable for teams of 10 or 20,000 users". It lists BOM management, costing, 2D and 3D design tool integration, supplier collaboration and sustainability data, with line planning in the separate Centric Planning product. Pricing is not public, and Centric cites implementation "in 3-4 months on average".

Good fit if you run many brands and many users and want planning, pricing and market intelligence from one vendor. See Polluxa PLM vs Centric PLM.

PTC FlexPLM

PTC says FlexPLM was "developed specifically to address the needs of the RFA [retail, footwear, and apparel] industry". It lists line planning, specifications, sourcing, multi-level cost sheets, sample management and supplier collaboration, and announced AI tech pack generation in January 2026. Named customers include VF, Deckers and lululemon. It runs in PTC's cloud or on your own servers.

Good fit if you are a large retailer or apparel group. A third-party directory calls it "best suited for large enterprises in the retail, footwear, and apparel industries".

Mid-market brands. Hundreds of styles, global suppliers.

WFX PLM

WFX describes itself as "#1 PLM, ERP, MES, Traceability Software for Fashion Businesses" and aims its PLM at "mid-market and enterprise brands managing hundreds of styles and global supplier networks". It lists tech packs with versioning, line planning with price and margin targets, sample tracking, costing with RFQ (request for quote) comparison and ERP connectors. WFX says rollout takes 8–12 weeks.

Good fit if you want PLM, ERP and factory software from one fashion vendor. See Polluxa PLM vs WFX PLM.

Delogue

Delogue says it serves "300+ fashion and lifestyle brands across 74 countries" and offers "One source of truth for samples, specs, BOMs, costing and documentation", with supplier users at no extra cost and compliance and traceability modules. It publishes per-user prices, and onboarding "typically takes around 3 months".

Good fit if you are a fashion or lifestyle brand that wants to see list prices up front.

Growing brands. A fast start.

Onbrand

Onbrand calls itself the "#1 PLM for Growing Brands". Its Core plan includes a vendor portal, samples and feedback, live tech packs, dynamic line sheets and an Illustrator plug-in. Prices are not public, and Onbrand cites "10 day" data migration and implementation.

Good fit if you are a growing fashion or footwear brand that wants to be up and running quickly.

Techpacker

Techpacker offers Techpack Builder, "Built for fashion creators who hate spreadsheets", and PLMBR, "A PLM solution for scaling fashion brands". It publishes its prices, offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card, and its PLMBR app is in English only.

Good fit if you are a small team that mainly needs tech packs. Our guide to the best PLM software for small brands covers this group in more detail.

Specific needs. CAD, 3D and custom apps.

Lectra Kubix Link

Lectra calls Kubix Link an "all-in-one, highly configurable fashion PLM cloud solution", "Designed specifically for fashion". It lists collection planning, one-click digital tech packs, digital fitting sessions, supplier collaboration, cost monitoring, carbon-footprint assessment for French and EU compliance, and fashion CAD integration.

Good fit if your team already works with fashion CAD or needs carbon-footprint data for French or EU rules.

BeProduct

BeProduct serves "fashion & lifestyle brands", names customers such as Faherty, Puma and Untuckit, and lists tech packs, BOMs, costing and sample tracking. Its Digital Creation Platform adds 3D design with Browzwear and CLO integrations, and it offers a no-code app builder. Pricing is by custom quote, with demos and proof of concept periods.

Good fit if 3D design is central to how you develop product.

One record from tech pack to sales.

Polluxa PLM

Polluxa PLM gives designers, merchandisers, suppliers and sales one shared record for each product. Seasons, line plans and colourways sit in one place, tech packs and materials lists are shared with every supplier, and samples and fit approvals are tracked per style. Purchase orders come from product data, AI forecasts demand, and sales see live specs, prices and stock, also on mobile.

You can start with one module and add the rest later. It keeps your ERP, works in English and Arabic, and offers unlimited free demos and a trial with your own data. Prices are quoted for your scope.
