PLM Software with Arabic Support for GCC Brands. What to Check Before You Buy.
A practical guide for GCC brands choosing PLM: what Arabic support should cover, what vendors publicly state as of October 2026, and how to test it in a demo.

The best PLM software for a GCC brand depends on who in your business needs Arabic: your product team, your sales staff, your suppliers, or all three. As of October 2026, none of the other PLM vendors we researched states Arabic or right-to-left support on its public pages. Polluxa PLM works in English and Arabic, with setup and training in both.
*Polluxa makes Polluxa PLM. We compared tools using each vendor's public website as of October 2026; check current details with each vendor.*
Many GCC teams work in Arabic while their factories work in English, so the tool has to handle both without anyone retyping product data.
Key takeaways
- Arabic support in PLM means more than a translated menu: it covers right-to-left layout, mixed Arabic and English data, and training in Arabic.
- As of October 2026, none of the ten other vendors we researched states Arabic or right-to-left support on its public pages. That does not mean they lack it, so ask.
- Centric and Lectra list offices in Istanbul, and Lectra also lists offices in Tunisia and Morocco. None of the vendors lists a GCC office.
- Polluxa PLM works in English and Arabic for teams across India, the GCC and beyond, and has published results from a GCC retailer and a Riyadh manufacturer.
- Always test Arabic on your own products in a demo before you decide.
How we compared
We read the public websites of ten PLM vendors in October 2026: Centric, WFX, Backbone (now part of Bamboo Rose), Onbrand, Lectra Kubix Link, Delogue, BeProduct, Techpacker, PTC FlexPLM and Uphance. For each, we looked for:
- Interface languages, and any mention of Arabic or right-to-left text
- Offices or customers in the Middle East
- Setup and training support
We report only what each site states.
What Arabic support means. More than a translated menu.
Right-to-left (RTL) support means Arabic text reads from right to left, and the screen layout mirrors to match. A PLM tool also has to cope with records that mix both languages. Here is where that shows up in daily work.
The menus and labels are only in English, so part of the team avoids the system and keeps a spreadsheet on the side.
Check that every screen your team uses is available in Arabic, not only the login page.
An Arabic product name with an English style code and a size in the same line can jump around if the software does not handle mixed text.
Test a real product name with a code, a size and a colour, in both languages, on screen and in exports.
Your sales team may work in Arabic while your supplier in Asia or Europe reads English, so one record has to serve both.
Ask how the same product looks to an Arabic-speaking merchandiser and an English-speaking supplier.
Training happened in English, so only two people really learned the system.
Ask who runs setup and training, and in which language.
What each vendor states. Arabic and the Middle East.
- Centric: the site's language selector shows English only, and Arabic is not stated. In the region, Centric lists offices in Istanbul, Turkey. In June 2025, Beesline, a skincare brand that manufactures in Lebanon, Egypt and the UAE, selected Centric PLM. A leadership biography mentions work across "the Middle East and Africa".
- Lectra (Kubix Link): the website is in English, French, Italian and Chinese, and the product's interface languages are not stated. Lectra lists regional offices in Istanbul (Turkey), Sousse and Tunis (Tunisia) and Casablanca (Morocco).
- Delogue: the site is in English and German. It lists multi-language compositions and multilingual care labels as features. Arabic is not stated.
- Techpacker: its help centre says the PLMBR app is "currently only available in the English version", with data input and printed documents in Mandarin, Hindi, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, Tamil and Bangla.
- WFX, Onbrand, BeProduct, Uphance and Backbone: languages and a Middle East presence are not stated on their official sites.
- PTC FlexPLM: we could not confirm its supported languages from PTC's public pages.
None of these vendors lists an office in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or elsewhere in the GCC. If Arabic matters to you, put it in writing in your first email to each vendor.
Where Polluxa fits. English and Arabic, one record.
Polluxa PLM gives your designers, merchandisers, suppliers and sales teams one shared record for each product. Polluxa works in English and Arabic for teams across India, the GCC and beyond, and Polluxa and its certified partners configure, migrate and train until you are live, in English and Arabic.
Its published results include a lifestyle retailer in the GCC that cut new-product timelines by 30% within six months, and a manufacturer in Riyadh that launches more than two months earlier with faster engineering changes.
Imagine Reem, who runs merchandising at a modest-wear brand in Riyadh, testing a PLM in a demo:
- She opens one of her own abayas in Arabic and checks the name, the style code and the size read correctly.
- Her sourcing colleague opens the same product in English and sends the tech pack to the supplier.
- The supplier replies on the product itself and sees only their part.
- Her sales team checks live price and stock on mobile before a store visit.
That is the test worth running with every vendor. It shows how Arabic works in practice, not just in a brochure.
Which should you choose? Start with who needs Arabic.
- Your product, sales and supplier teams all work in English, and you are a large fashion group: Centric or Lectra Kubix Link may suit you, and both list offices in Istanbul. Compare them in our list of Centric PLM alternatives.
- You are a beauty or skincare brand manufacturing in the region: look at Centric, which names Beesline as a customer, alongside Polluxa.
- You are a growing fashion brand that works mainly in English: look at Delogue or Onbrand. See Polluxa vs Delogue.
- Any of your teams work in Arabic, or you want training in Arabic: look at Polluxa PLM, and test Arabic on your own products in the demo.
