Polluxa PLM vs Delogue PLM. Same Goal, Different Scope.

A fair comparison of Polluxa PLM and Delogue: what each one covers, how they price, and which fits which kind of brand.

Polluxa PLM vs Delogue PLM. Same Goal, Different Scope.

Polluxa PLM vs Delogue comes down to how far you want one product record to reach, and how you like to buy. Delogue is a product development platform for fashion and lifestyle brands, with per-user prices on its website. Polluxa PLM carries the same product record from tech pack to purchase order, stock forecast and sales, is quoted for your scope, and works in English and Arabic.

*Polluxa makes Polluxa PLM. We compared tools using each vendor's public website as of October 2026; check current details with each vendor.*

Both tools put specs, samples and supplier comments in one place, so the factory stops working from old files. The real question is what you need after the sample is approved.

Key takeaways

  • Delogue describes itself as "one source of truth for samples, specs, BOMs, costing and documentation" for fashion and lifestyle brands.
  • Polluxa PLM gives every product one record for fashion, footwear, beauty, consumer goods and manufacturing teams, and uses it for purchase orders, demand forecasts and sales too.
  • Delogue publishes per-user prices in euros. Polluxa quotes for the modules, users and suppliers you need.
  • Polluxa offers unlimited free demos and a trial with your own data. Delogue offers a demo; a free trial is not stated on its site.
  • If your work stops at an approved sample, both can fit. If it carries on into orders and stock, scope matters more than price.

How we compared

We read each vendor's public website in October 2026 and compared six things:

  • Product data and tech packs
  • Supplier collaboration
  • Purchase orders and inventory
  • Sales
  • Setup and pricing model
  • Languages and regions

Where a vendor's site did not say something, we leave it out rather than guess.

What Delogue is. Who it is for.

Delogue calls itself "the product development platform (PLM) that protects margin by replacing fragmented tools and supplier misalignment with one transparent workflow." Its line is "Better flow. Stronger margins."

It says it serves "300+ fashion and lifestyle brands across 74 countries". The industries it lists are fashion and apparel, workwear, outdoor and performance, home and textile, footwear, accessories and lifestyle, and kidswear. Delogue is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Its plans are pitched by team size: Essential is "for companies in growth", Premium "for companies with 15+ users" and Enterprise "for brands with 40+ users".

What Polluxa PLM is. Who it is for.

Polluxa PLM gives your designers, merchandisers, suppliers and sales teams one shared record for each product, instead of spreadsheets, email threads and WhatsApp groups. It has six modules (Product Development, Vendors, PO Sheet, Inventory, Task & Workflow and Sales) plus a Tech Pack Generator.

It is used in fashion and apparel, outdoor and sports, cosmetics and personal care, consumer goods, retail and private label, and manufacturing. You can start with one module and add the rest later. It connects to your ERP (the system that runs finance and stock) instead of replacing it.

Product data and tech packs. Both start here.

Delogue lists tech packs, sample management, BOMs (bills of materials, the list of every material and part), costing and price calculation, size charts, an Illustrator plugin, multi-language compositions and a product data API.

Polluxa keeps tech packs, BOMs, comments and approvals on the product itself, with every version saved and an audit log of who changed what. The Tech Pack Generator builds supplier-ready tech packs from more than 1,000 product attributes, with templates you can adjust by category or supplier.

If your main problem is specs in five places, both tools address it. Our guide on what a tech pack is lists what a complete one needs.

Supplier collaboration. One conversation per product.

Delogue lists supplier collaboration with supplier users at no extra cost, plus traceability and supplier mapping. Its pricing page also lists a supplier module as an add-on, with no price shown, so ask Delogue how the two fit together for you.

In Polluxa, you talk to suppliers on the quote, product or order itself, and each supplier sees only their part. The number of suppliers you invite is part of your quote. See Vendor Management for the details.

Purchase orders and inventory. Where the scopes differ.

Delogue's public pages focus on development: samples, specs, BOMs, costing and documentation, with compliance and analytics modules. If you need purchase orders or stock planning in the same system, ask Delogue how it handles them.

Polluxa creates supplier-ready purchase orders straight from product data and tracks them to delivery, so nobody retypes product details into a PO. The Inventory module uses AI to forecast demand by season, region and channel, and raises reorders when stock runs low.

Sales. The last stop for the record.

If your sales team needs live product data, ask Delogue how that works in its platform.

In Polluxa, sales teams see live specs, prices and stock, also on mobile, and send customer feedback back to the product team. Sales stops quoting last season's price from an old PDF.

Setup and pricing. Published prices or a scoped quote.

As of October 2026, Delogue's pricing page lists these prices in euros per user per month, excluding VAT: Essential €145 or €169, Professional €199 or €229, and Premium €249 or €279. Enterprise is on request. The page shows two prices for each plan and does not say which billing term each one is for. It also lists a flat-rate option of €6,000 a year for all team members on Essential or Professional.

Delogue says onboarding "typically takes around 3 months", usually over 10 to 12 sessions. Another Delogue page is reported to say about 56 days, so ask which applies to you. Delogue offers a demo; a free trial is not stated.

Polluxa has no fixed bundles. Your price depends on the modules, users and suppliers you need, plus any integrations. Demos are unlimited and free, and after the first demo you get a trial workspace with your own products, suppliers and workflows. The setup timeline is agreed after the demo, data moves over from your spreadsheets in a guided migration, and Polluxa has a 100% go-live rate. Our article on PLM software cost explains how to compare quotes like these.

Languages and regions. English, Arabic and more.

Delogue's website is in English and German. It lists multi-language compositions and multilingual care labels as features. The languages of its interface, and Arabic, are not stated.

Polluxa works in English and Arabic for teams across India, the GCC and beyond, and Polluxa and its certified partners run setup and training in both languages. Our guide to PLM software with Arabic support covers this in more depth.

Which should you choose? It depends on the job.

Delogue is a good fit if:

  • You are a fashion or lifestyle brand and want to see per-user prices before you speak to anyone.
  • Your main need is development: samples, specs, BOMs, costing, compliance and care labels.
  • A flat rate for the whole team suits you better than a quote per user.
  • Your purchase orders and stock already run well in another system.

Polluxa PLM is a good fit if:

  • You want the same product record to carry into purchase orders, demand forecasts and sales.
  • You make more than fashion, for example beauty, consumer goods or manufactured parts.
  • Your team or suppliers work in Arabic as well as English.
  • You want to try it with your own products before you decide.

If you have ten styles and one supplier, a well-kept spreadsheet may be enough for now. Our guide on how to choose PLM software has a full checklist, and you can also read Polluxa vs Onbrand or our list of Centric PLM alternatives.

How Polluxa helps

Polluxa PLM is product lifecycle management software for fashion, footwear, beauty, consumer goods and manufacturing brands. Think of it as the one record your team, your suppliers and your sales staff check before they act.

  • Specs no longer sit in five places. Tech packs, BOMs, comments and approvals live on the product, with every version saved, in Polluxa PLM software for consumer brands.
  • POs are no longer typed by hand. The PO Worksheet creates supplier-ready purchase orders from product data and tracks them to delivery.
  • Buying is no longer gut feel. AI forecasts demand by season, region and channel, and reorders when stock runs low.
  • Style entry no longer takes weeks. A sports merchandise brand moved style entry from two weeks to a day and a half with Polluxa PLM.

Start this week

  3. Ask both vendors to show the same one of your styles, from tech pack to order.

When you want to see that on your own products, book a demo.
